Knight Rider Cancelled

It’s the news that Knight Rider fans around the world were dreading… but it’s not unexpected. The latest revival of the Knight Rider concept that started last year does not appear in NBC’s 2009-2010 Fall Schedule, meaning it will not be back for a second season.

The news comes just as the series has proved popular on the UK Sci-Fi Channel along with other networks around Europe, and as Universal Home Video prepare to release the series on DVD in Region 1 and Region 2.

Fans that are passionate about the show are urged to join Knight Rider Online’s campaign for Knight Rider: Season 2. Your signature on the petition, one letter or one email to the network could make a difference. And, after all, that is what Knight Rider has always been about.

Come what may, the Knight Rider Archive sends its best wishes to all of the cast and crew responsible for bringing KR back to TV screens around the world. Thanks for the ride.

    THE SHOW WAS GREAT I WATCHED ALL THE EPISODES ON FIVE BECAUSE AM IN THE UK. IT’S A GREAT ACTION SHOW AND IT’S FUNNY AND K.I.T.T IS BRILLANT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE OLD KNIGHT RIDER AM 12 YEARS OLD AND I THINK IT’S THE GREATED SHOW EVER EVER EVER PLEASE DO A SEASON 2 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

  • i loved watching Knight Rider with David, and watching the new series just took me back when i used to watch David with my mom. The new series had lots of action and different strokes.you should definately bring it back for season 2. re-write scripts,liven’ it up more. make it more interesting. bring back the viewers. catch our eyes..i really hope to see it come back…

  • there is to much crap on tv reaility tv and talkshows. not enough of the action tv. bring back the old versions and remake them to
    the new knight rider was great. bring it back for more…..

  • I never knew that Knight Rider even was on T.V. After viewing some online shows to my surprise I found out that the show will not be returning for a second season. The new knight rider took me back when the first knight rider was aired. What a blast I’ve had watching these shows? This was a good entertaining show to watch eventhough not many people knew it was on T.V.

  • THE SHOW WAS REALLY GREAT, I ENJOY THE NEW CONCEPT. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER SHOWS THAT NBC HAS THAT IN MY OPINION SHOULD BE CANCELLED. PLEASE REVISE THE SHOW
