The excellent TVShowsonDVD.com have published their review of the recent release of Knight Rider: The Complete Original Series on DVD.
“My initial reaction is ‘yes, upgrade,'” says Gord Lacey. “The single-sided DVDs used in the set are a huge plus, and the standard double-slim cases means you aren’t going to risk scratching the discs every time you go to watch them. All the content from the season sets are there, though there’s nothing new in the set.”
It is worth my adding that the Complete Series set includes the corrected version of the Season 3 release, with all of the original sound effects intact (the two Prince songs from Knight of the Drones and Dead of Knight are still missing, but this is due to a licensing issue). For that reason alone, it’s worth the upgrade!
